FAQs

How much should I expect my cake to cost?

All custom cakes and tall cakes are priced differently. Please contact us for pricing and availability.  We don’t cover our cakes in fondant.

Our smallest cake is 6 inch and 4 inches tall, which serves 8-10 people, base price starting at $85. Prices increase from there based on servings, custom design complexity and delivery.

Cake toppers and Message for cake:
We can create a topper for you additional $5-10. Your message has to be short and sweet, some examples “ Happy Birthday Niki”, Congratulations, Bride to be.


How long in advance should I place an order?
All our desserts and cakes are made to order.

 

For custom cakes, at least two weeks prior to the date of your event. We could accommodate any last minute orders depending on our availability.

We charge 30% to 40% extra for express orders (less than 48 hours notice).

For other desserts, 48-72 hours notice is required.

Do you require a payment to book the order?

Yes, We require a 50 % non-refundable deposit for all orders. Once the deposit is made, your order is booked. Payments can be made through Venmo and Zelle.


Do you offer delivery service?
We provide delivery service with all our cake orders. Delivery fee is calculated depending on miles and time.

Pick up’s are FREE; we don’t take any responsibility for any cake damage once its collected. We request you to place the cake on the floor of your car, rather lap carried or on the seat.

Do your baked good contains nuts?
Yes, we use nuts in our baked good, NUT FREE options are available. Please be aware that our kitchen is not a peanut, tree-nut, soy, wheat or dairy free facility.

 

Do you ship?

Our cookies, brownies, teacakes and Madeleines are shipped across 50 states. We use USPS flat rate shipping boxes.

How do I store the cake?
Your cake should be refrigerated on a flat surface until a few hours before cutting the cake.

Please leave the cake at room temperature at least couple hours before the event for it to be moist.

Teacake:
The teacakes last for 4-5 days, wrap them with a cling wrap and leave them at room temperature on your counter.  Enjoy a slice or two with a cup of tea or coffee.

 

Cupcakes:
Cupcakes stay fresh and taste good the same day or max the next day.  If consuming the same day leave them at room temperature, no need to refrigerate.

 

For left overs, place the cupcakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator at least couple hours before consuming so it’s moist. 

 

Madeleines:
French Madeleine’s taste fresh and good the same day. 

 

Brownies:
Brownies last for 3-4 days. Taste best when you warm them in microwave for 5- 10 seconds. Enjoy with a scoop of ice cream.
